Sunny Saturday Expedition with Pippa

Saturday felt like the first real day of spring. The sun was out and I had Pippa and human friend AK along for the hike.

We only had one dog with us on the hike, so for a change of pace we headed to the Baden Powell Trail in North Vancouver. We started at Grouse mountain and went from there. One dog also meant we didn’t keep a close an eye on the time.

Well sunny Saturdays are made for hiking! We just kept on walking and before we knew it we had hiked for four hours (actually 5 including breaks) and covered over 12 km! Eeep! No wonder Pippa was tired later that night! (I hear she did a great impression of a dog rug)

Check out this section! A little technical (hop across the water then up and away!) so much fun.

Big smiles from me! I love my job!

Water for Pippa!

Proof of a long hike!
