On Thursday March 31 we had a fun pack of dogs and a lovely sunny day. Our pack included Nyssa the Husky / Malamute, Karma the Desi Dog, Rosie the Duck Toller, Petey the American Bulldog and Winston the Aussiedoodle. We headed to Ballentree Park to enjoy our day.
Our ladies were the mellow dogs of the group. Rosie and Karma like to hang at the back of the pack where they can keep an eye on everyone. They enjoy hanging out with each other and they’re often investigating the same bush or tree. Nyssa likes to find her own path. She happily wanders on either side of the trail. Always looking for the best way.
Petey was on leash with me as usual. He’s slowly getting better and better with strangers. Winston spent part of the hike on leash with me. But he also settled down enough to spend some time off leash as well. He too is slowly getting better with his manners. It’s great to see.
We had a lovely time.
